How to Enable Two-Factor Authentication

We are aware of the security of your account. To secure your GazeTV account and have stronger protection, you may set up two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account. Even if your password is stolen, this 2FA step protects your account from being hacked.

Don't worry if you are not familiar with 2FA. We've got you covered. Sit back and here's the tutorial on how to enable two-factor authentication in your account.

Follow the steps below to turn on 2FA:

1. Go to your Profile.

2. Turn on Two-factor Authentication.

3. Press "Save" and you will see this page. DO NOT close the page!!

***Please save this QR code. You will not be able to log in if you lose it.***

4. Prepare your smartphone and scan the QR code with a 2FA app, e.g. Google Authenticator (available on Android and iOS)

How to log in with 2FA?

Once 2FA is turned on in your account, this page will show up every time you log into GazeTV:

Open your Google Authenticator app, and enter the 6 digits code to log in.
