What happen if my account’s verification is rejected?

If your verification is rejected, you need to resubmit the correct information to verify your account again. Before you complete Identity Verification, you are not able to withdraw from your GazeTV wallet.


You can go to Identity Verification to view the reason of rejection. Common reasons include:

  • uploaded document not clear

  • invalid proof of address

  • incorrect personal information
