Generally speaking, it takes 15 seconds to 5 minutes for processing time in transactions, subject to the gas fee and network congestion.

What can I do if I do not receive funds for the withdrawal or deposit?

If you do not receive the funds after initiating the transfer, you can look up the transaction status with the TXID first.

If the status shows Pending, it means that the transaction is not yet confirmed. Please be patient and wait. Once the blockchain network confirms the transaction, the status will be updated to Success and you will receive the funds.
