Where can I find the status of my account’s user level?

  1. Go to Mission Center.

  2. On My User Tier, it shows your current user level and the requirement you need to fulfill to get to the next level.

  3. Under Benefit & Allowance List, you can check the remaining quotas of each allowance this month.


If you have used up your quota, you can purchase for extra on specific item under Fee Schedule.

  1. Click on the item you’d like to purchase

  2. Select the quantity.

  3. Use Voucher (optional).

  4. Click Confirm purchase.
